08h09 Ixia, Scott Estate. Resident reports a young Bravo male attempting TOOV. ADT respond and suspect goes to ground.
4th Break in at this home in 3 weeks. Through glass face to face. Described as scruffy & very mean bravo with short hair, dark brown clothing with big jacket.BN
