A few months ago a dark green (or possibly) blue Huyundai sedan was spotted just outside Tarragona on Valley Road at +/- 3am driven by a bravo male. I'm 99% sure it was a drug delivery. SAPS chased the vehicle and pulled them near Avignon but nothing was found. It could be the same car.
