ADT report suspect ducked into bushes and emerged further on empty handed. 16h46 Suspect detained and Toshiba L30 laptop recovered. Owner of the laptop unknown. 17h11 Northshore Linda reports that her wheelie bin escaped. 17h29 Delinquent bin cornered in Henschell and returned to a place of safety in Albert Rd. It seems the bin took advantage of favourable prevailing winds to make a break for freedom and headed toward Sandy Bay!
