Seems resident may have encouraged the scavengers to leave. Plenty of confusion as original caller to Watchcon was distressed? and gave ambiguous information. SAPS attend.

CW and Mainstream security on the ball and arrest one suspect Three or four Bravo males flee the scene in a red Alfa CA288791 10h22 Camps Bay SAPS asked to intercept the vehicle but fail to set a roadblock as HB SAPS drive through to CB and see no sign of a roadblock.
