You'd think that "man delivering compost attempting to open a gate with a spade" would elicit some sort of reaction, but even after Team Compost had been located (less than 100m from where reported), noone and specifically SAPS seemed to be remotely interested. I suppose opening a gate with a spade is OK in Hout Bay?

ReplyDeleteIt seems that the police is never in a hurry to prosecute or even arrive on the scene of the crime.
Some offenders who we are told have been put in jail are walking the streets. very odd!
