04h23 Watchcon. Shooting ? in Cecil Rd. SAPS attend. linked to an armed robbery at a beachfront restaurant in Camps Bay? Suspects on foot in the Cecil / Empire Rd. Camps Bay SAPS very slow in letting HB SAPS know of the incident.
