22h43 Yellow Cortina bakkie CA744785 cruising the valley again. Note that the occupants are non residents and simply cannot be ‘on a job’ late at night so may be looking for enrichment opportunities. There are concerns around the legality of the vehicle registration and SAPS have been informed of it’s presence in the valley a number of times.
