  1. VJ : Sam was responsible for various housebreakings last year and went to court in April 2008 with 3 dockets against him. As a repeat offender, i understand he was sentenced and sent to Pollsmoor. He's now back out, on parole, and active again (or was until this morning). He is 18 or 19 years old and a known tik user. He'll no doubt be back inside quickly for breaking parole but in 12 / 24 months will be back on our streets after another course in criminality courtesy of the taxpayer. M Romeo described this boy as "salvageable". His Dad can't control him - he's every parents nightmare? Is putting him back inside and giving no support when he gets out the way to go? Does anyone reading this blog have the skill or contacts to intervene as otherwise i think we are just going around in circles?
