Residents face dilemma, spray water on flames and cable. 0h54 Watchcon inform Electricity and Fire on the way. No pump in Hout Bay!!!! 0h58 Electricity arrive ? 01h01 Fire dept. arrive. Power to Barry, Payne and van Hoogstraten cut. SSP’s increase patrols in affected areas. 01h25 Sorted and safe.

0h44 Bokke guard requests assistance to remove detained person from the estate.
01h36 Bokke guards repeatedly ask for SAPS assistance to remove an unwanted person. 01h50 Bokke Guard still waiting………….Outcome unknown.

03h00 SAPS warn patrollers to keep a lookout for a yellow Sentra, 5 Bravo male occupants. Scott patroll report Sentra seen in Payne St. 15 minutes earlier.

07h10 ADT 1 reports break-in ## Luisa Way. Suspect wearing dark grey overall.

07h32 Watchcon reports intruder on premises at # Nooitgedacht Drive. Intruder jumps into neighbours yard. Not sure if anyone responded.
07h53 Watchcon asks ADT 2 to respond ADT client.

09h18 ADT 7 reports Henshill and Perrault break-in suspect running in Victoria. Navy blue pants white T-shirt. ADT 6 stops to talk to him. Suspect responds by throwing rocks and running away from Victoria Mall toward IY. Numerous calls to SAPS asking for support. No response. 09h22 Telephone SAPS and ask them to switch on radio and step into road outside CSC. Response too slow.
09h23 suspect running past CSC.
09h25 ADT7 still following suspect into IY waiting for assistance. All SAPS vehicles busy elsewhere.
09h40 ADT7 Suspect observed behind the clinic walking a dog. Suspect gets away despite being followed until …………..

11h31 Underage driver in a white Citi Golf CA 222### driving in Baviaans area. Driver estimated to be 10 years old.
