07h51 Watchcon. Intruder on premises at ## Union St. Suspect is a Bravo male late twenties with a beard and red jacket. Suspect left and is in the Union /King area. ADT responds.
13h04 MR CY61166. Cockroach Toyota Blue being driven by a Bravo youth estimated to be 12 years old driving on Main Road. SAPS informed. 13h10 SAPS detain vehicle and driver.
22h46 Residents reports an earlier break-in at ## ‘The Boardwalk’ Suspect carrying a stolen grey and black bag.

ReplyDeleteVery reassuring and a good reminder of just how useful the radio system is.
It turned out to be a false alarm in that the "intruder prowling around" was in fact the ADT guard responding to an alarm activation. The residents are very new having moved in this past weekend.
They will be meeting with the landlord and ADT today to familiarise themselves with the alarm and associated protocol.
