17h55 White BMW CA302544 Drunk driver careering around Hout Bay, SAPS asked to attend while vehicle is stopped on Suikerbossie. 18h06 Drunk on the move again flattening bushes etc. SAPS not yet on scene. Drunk stops at the bottom of Suikerbossie. 18h18 SAPS on scene, driver detained.
