Tarragona and Longkloof are being targeted together as they have been in the past. The pattern may continue for some time. These may be the Bolt Cutter thugs!

It seems the complainant had been informed that a suspect had been detained and was returning from Mowbray to ID the individual. The complainant is very upset that the suspect had been released before she got home.
