SAPS attend. 01h28 Two suspects, one red balaclava with brown clothing seen running from Oxford into Empire toward. SAPS on scene. Suspects cornered searched. Nothing to connect them but they may have hidden the stolen goods for later collection.
04h50 Bicycle stolen from ## Sluysken. Suspects in posession seen running in the harbour. 02h58 Delta6 reports suspects running toward Lichtenstein Castle with bicycle. Noting further.

08h46 Fire in open space IY. This fire has been lit a number of times and appears to be linked to the Taxi strike. In other words the Taxi bosses may be starting fires deliberately.
