11h25 Ref10874. Mugging at the YMCA entrance, van Hoogstraten, Penzance. 15 year old girl robbed of a cellphone by a knife wielding Bravo male (attempted stabbing) that ran off into IY. No physical injuries. Good response by HBNW and SSP’s. 11h40 SAPS not yet on scene (went to shop)
