03h13 Break-in foiled at Kronendal Office Park by alert guards. SSP’s patrol Penzance for suspects.
04h55 ADT Attempt to steal building materials from a site in Darling St. Scott Est. Vehicle used is a yellow Nissan 1 tonner (bakkie) CA339483 ADT suspect vehicle is dropping scavengers off in the area. SAPS detain the vehicle but no stolen property reported so release them. The vehicle variously reported throughout the Valley during the day and at one point attempted to sell scaffold props and trestles to Hireman.
