11h01 Disa River path close to Blue Valley Close. Rider of a Quad Bike, deliberately reverses his Quad up to the absent residents vehicles and sprays the vehicles with stones by accelerating away wheelspinning. Young Whiskey male, wearing spectacles and riding a Quad with red in the colour scheme caught on CCTV. A number of passing horse riders will have encountered him as they rode on the river path. Motive for vandalism unknown. After the event the Quad crossed the Disa on Disa River Rd and proceeded down Valley Rd. The same quad may have been seen an hour later in the Hughenden area.

17h55 HBS6 Reports young Charlie males running into the bush with a "safe" MR and HBS response officer collar the vandals found with a public phone cash box and hand them to SAPS.

21h00 YMCA Penzance, dodgy character detained by HBS (Hout Bay Security) dog handler for questioning. YMCA caretaker declines to lay trespassing charges. Dodgy released.
